Do I need to switch my EMR or billing software to work with you?
No. We work with your current system. But if you're looking to upgrade, we offer Tebra—a robust, client-favorite EMR and billing platform.


Can I just use one of your services?
Yes. Billing, bookkeeping, payroll, and consulting are all available à la carte.

 

How do you price your services?
Billing is charged as a percentage of collections (starting at 4.5%). Other services are flat-rate monthly packages.


Do you work with solo providers?
Absolutely. We work with solo practitioners, small teams, and growing multi-provider practices.


How long does onboarding take?
Typically 2–3 weeks. We handle data access, cleanup, workflow setup, and communication.


What makes you different?

Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes. All communication and internal processes are HIPAA compliant and secure.


Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Most clients are on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day notice.
